Eligibility

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away at .

What We Sell

We sell digital courses and downloadable products, delivered through our online platform. Some products include access to community spaces. We may also offer subscriptions for ongoing access to content and community features.

Payments

We accept payment through Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Your card details are tokenized by these processors. We never see or store your card numbers.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you make your purchase.

Refund Policy

When a refund is issued, access to all courses and community spaces linked to that purchase is immediately and automatically revoked. Your account and order history are preserved, and you can repurchase at any time.

EU customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you used the service during the withdrawal period, a proportional charge may apply.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual).
  • Cancel anytime through your account settings, the same way you signed up.
  • On cancellation, access continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days written notice before any price increase takes effect at your next renewal.
  • For annual subscriptions, we send a renewal reminder before your card is charged.
  • EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the initial purchase date.
  • If payment fails, access is suspended during the retry period. After repeated failures, the subscription is cancelled.

Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and other content are the exclusive property of the creator or business and protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. You may:

  • View and study the materials for your own education
  • Apply the knowledge and techniques commercially in your own work

You may not:

  • Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute the materials
  • Publicly display, record, or download materials for redistribution
  • Create derivative works or upload to file-sharing platforms
  • Transfer or sublicense your access to anyone else

Violation results in immediate access termination. We may pursue DMCA takedown actions against unauthorized distribution.

User-Generated Content in Communities

If you join a community space, you keep ownership of content you create and post.

By posting, you grant us two licenses:

  1. Platform license: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, process, store, and operate the service with your content.
  2. Community owner license: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the community owner to use your posts, comments, and images for marketing purposes, including testimonials, social media posts, and promotional materials.

The marketing license is disclosed here and when you join the community. You can revoke it with 30 days written notice to . Previously published marketing materials may remain in use. Attribution follows your preference (named or anonymous).

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Scrape, copy, or automatically extract content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the services to distribute malware or spam

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We can't promise specific results from our courses. What you get out of them depends on you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of .

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) under its International Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is conducted online or by written submission unless both parties agree otherwise. The decision is final and binding.

Small claims exception: Either party may elect to resolve a dispute in small claims court if the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.

Class action waiver: All disputes are resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

Costs: Each party bears its own costs and fees. The arbitrator may award costs to the prevailing party.

EU consumers: If you're a consumer in the European Economic Area, nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply regardless of the governing law chosen above. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or a prominent notice on our website.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
