How Refunds Work

What Happens to Your Access
When a refund is issued, access to all courses and community spaces linked to that purchase is immediately and automatically revoked. Your account and order history are preserved, and you can repurchase at any time.
Subscriptions
The refund policy applies to your initial subscription purchase within the refund window. After that window closes, cancellation stops future charges but doesn't result in a refund for the current billing period. Access continues through the end of your paid period.
EU Customers
EU customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, regardless of the refund policy above. If you used the service during the withdrawal period, a proportional charge may apply for the value received.
